At NASA,  the primary goals of our Workers Compensation Program, are to:

  • Provide the best possible medical care and service;
  • Return the patient to work as quickly as possible;
  • Assist the Case Managers and Adjustors by completing the paperwork as quickly as possible!

To achieve these goals, we strive to complete the DWC-25’s within twenty-four hours of the patients office visit.  We will make every reasonable effort to get the medical notes, including prescriptions and/or orders for consultations, rehabilitation, MRI’s or DME, to you as quickly as possible.

With adequate advance notice, we will:

  • Only treat the applicable specified body parts.
  • Return completed Questionnaires within 24 hours
